When Katja was 15 years old, she started to practice break dance and, more importantly, she started to take dance seriously. It became an important part of her life. The feeling of freedom that was given to her whilst dancing was what was driving her further and further. At one point she saw that pursuit to happiness, meant to pursue the path of physical arts. Such as dancing, acting and circus disciplines.

Now thirteen years later she is excited to share the experience and expertise she has gained. Hopefully others can benefit from what she has been permitted to incorporate.

Tamara loves to dance and has been doing Zumba for 4 years, ever since it has become part of her passion for both fun and fitness. In Zumba there are no mistakes or wrong moves as long as everyone is feeling comfortable with their own steps. She will make sure everyone leaves her class feeling fresh and with a smile on their face.
